Hi
I thought i saw a picture on this site of someones bike on one of those stands that lift the bike from the centre (not a fold down stand) the removable type.
Does anyone use such a thing? Also does anyone think it may cause damage to the exhaust with all the weight on them? I am thinking of getting one.
I hope this makes sense!
Michael
I will try to find a picture of what i am talking about and post it here |

Will try to find out more, but I think because there is no direct hole on the frame you might have to buy one with rear slats and bobbins to hold the front up. Am getting a new front this weekend will let you know. |

it prolly my pic u seen.
i have the oversized headers and there is no damage has been donr but i'm not sure wether the oe pipes could take it but should be able to.
to be honest it is hard to do on ur own or well the stand i use is as it is quiet high so i get some one to surport the bike while i lift the front wheel up off the floor then who ever helps me slides the stand under.
it could be done on ur own if u got a low enough stand or a ramp or smething to get the clearence. _________________ matt"RUFLESS"rufus
